Credentials & Experience
I received my B.S. in Nutrition and double majored in EcoGastronomy (sustainability of food systems and its global impact). I then went onto become a Registered Dietitian which meant completing the required 1200-hour dietetic internship at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. This allowed me to refine my nutritional counseling and medical nutrition therapy to patients with complex, chronic diseases in the acute, outpatient, ICU and long term setting. Upon completing the internship, I passed the national board exam to become a Registered Dietitian.
